Tanay Kediyal

Tanay Chakradhar Kediyal is the Partner and Head of Client Partner Engagement at Gloplax Solutions, specializing in global capability centers (GCCs), international business strategy, and distributed operating models. His work focuses on advising organizations on the design, establishment, and scaling of global delivery ecosystems, with emphasis on aligning talent, location strategy, and digital transformation initiatives. 

With prior experience in large multinational corporations, Kediyal brings a practitioner-informed perspective to enterprise transformation and global sourcing. His contributions span the full GCC lifecycle, including strategic planning, operational execution, and capability development. He is particularly engaged with the evolution of emerging global hubs and the role of innovation in enhancing organizational agility. Through his professional engagements, he contributes to broader discourse on globalization, offshoring, and the future of work in multinational enterprises. 

Tanay Kediyal is currently in a senior leadership role at Gloplax Solutions, where he focuses on client advisory, GCC strategy, and global sourcing transformation. Prior to this, he held roles at Allstate, where he spent 4 years, starting as Chief Operating Officer in 2021 and worked as Managing Director and Country Head – India for two years till Dec 2025, and Wells Fargo, where he started as the Vice President In 2007 and moved up to EVP & Head of Consumer: Small Business Banking by 2019. Before that he worked ANZ Bank for 5 years, and his last position there was as the Head of Technology.
