Project Protsaahan

Under Project Protsaahan, UPES has lent support to the underprivileged meritorious students of Purkal Youth Development Society (PYDS), Dehradun, for pursuing higher education. Institutionalizing the policy from 2019-20 onwards.

Most of these students come from low-income communities and are first-generation learners from their families. Protsaahan UPES repays to society as an educational institute through this project. By getting good placements from UPES these students can help their families & eventually come out of the vicious circle of poverty.

Till date, 22 students have been awarded these scholarships.
