For the B.Tech. admission process, students are required to submit the following documents:
- Aadhar Card Number at the time of Registration
- Permanent Account Number (all students and parents)
- Student academic records/personal records, which will be verified at the time of admission through the original documents
Note: Students will only submit the self-attested copy of the required document for admission. Students are not supposed to submit any original document.
Yes, the hostel facility is provided by the University. Residential blocks have been earmarked for limited on-campus accommodation (on a first come, first serve basis), separately for boys and girls on a triple sharing basis. Students wishing to avail hostel facility (on-campus) will need to deposit the fee in advance.
The fee indicated below is for the academic session 2023-24 only and is on triple sharing basis
Fee:
- Rs. 1,65,000/- Regular Hostel for boys and girls at Bidholi and Kandoli Campus.
NOTE: Once the hostel fee is paid by the student, then no refund will be processed in case of Admission withdrawal & students who wish to avail of the campus hostel facility should submit the following documents along with the requisite hostel fee without fail:
- Medical Certificate*
- Police Verification Report* (from their respective city/town)
*Format is available in the registration letter sent separately only to admitted students.
Note: Hostel refund will be as per UGC Norms.
Candidates seeking admission to any of the programs must apply online at www.upes.ac.in or offline at the admission office by paying the application form fee of Rs. 1350/-.
